What is included in the quote?
The quote identifies hardware, accessories, connectivity, platform service, installation and integration work, plus optional warning or video equipment.
How are training, support and warranty handled?
We agree documentation language, training, commissioning, support hours and local responsibilities. X-7 and X-8 have a 1-year limited hardware warranty; claim terms are confirmed in the quote.
What should I send you first?
Your country, asset, target event, approximate monitoring points, timing and existing software. A rough description is enough.
